Open competition for the redevelopment of san Francesco Square and Portella viewpoint
Accumoli is a lovely old hilltop town facing the mountains. Its roads are steep and narrow, the buildings reminisce a glorious past in the seventeenth century. The theme is to bring people back to the old town. The old square floor is folded to house parking, an info point, a space for child play and an easier access to the Church. Stone walls link the square to the viewpoint, establishing a connection with the environment.
